Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange for a “One-Time Exchange” Policy for Shoes only
 
Terms & Conditions:

     1.We do not accept Return for any payment refund. However, we accept Return for a “One-Time Exchange “ of any items(subject of availability) from our store.

     2.If the value of the “Exchange Item” is higher than the value of the “Returned Item” , the difference amount must be paid by buyer via cash bank-in or Online bank transfer.

     3.The return pair of shoes must be in its original unworn condition packed in the original shoe box together with all related accessories.

     4.Customer are required to return the shoes to us at his/her own cost. Kopkasut shall only bear the delivery cost (by ordinary post) of the Exchanged item to customer.

     5.Returned item which is deemed subject to fair wear and tear,accidental damage, misuse or in a worn condition is not eligible for exchange.

     6.Kopkasut will courier the exchanges item to courier for Free. 

     7.All exchanges is subject to approval of inspection desire made are final

           8.Customer International order we can't accept exchange size. 

      Exchange Procedures:

Most who purchase shoes end up keeping them.  Because you can make an exchange for to your desire size available for size exchanges below are the following guidelines:-

 
     1. New, unworn condition & 7 days – All item is original, new, unworn condition. Can be returned within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

     2. Shipping Cost – Customer is responsible for the postage costs back to Kopkasut we will sent it back to your for Free.

     3. Tracking number – All returns must have a tracking number/airway bill for tracking purpose. Please email your name (as per invoice) & email to kopkasut@gmail.com

     4. Original packaging – Product must be sending in their original packaging with invoices.

     5. Postage Address – Kopkasut. No 16-1 Jalan Ramin 3 Bandar Botanik,41200, Klang , Selangor. Telephone number is 016-2833793.

Refund Policy 

1. Refunds are in the form of Credit Note (NO CASH REFUND) = Item price - (minus) Initial Shipping Costs*. Credit Note will be valid for 60 days only from the date stated on the credit note.

Notice  : All clearance or sales  items are final sales. Clearance or sales items will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

*At the moment we’re unable to do exchange for International Customer. Exchanges Shoes are for Malaysia only.
